Program Manager, Program Operations

We are searching for a Program Operations Program Manager to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This person will be responsible for overseeing program operations and working closely with their counterparts in the other functional areas of the program.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in health services, social sciences, economics, behavioral research or related field
• At least SIX (6) years of leadership experience on programs, projects or tasks of similar size and complexity
• Demonstrable experience leading tasks for federal agencies or organizations
• Deep knowledge of federal procedures and standards related to program operations
• Strong technical background in program operations
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
