Recruitment Consultant, Technology

Join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruitment Consultant, Technology. This is an open-ended contract position that involves direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in engineering, data science, AI/ML, and other technologies across the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four year university
• Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
• Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches
• Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology
• Sophisticated offer negotiation skills in order to close candidates
• Minimum Qualifications: Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for hard to fill Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, and other technology roles
• Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering,.Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks
• Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
• Must be flexible and can work independently
• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
