Sales Director (Buy-side / Financial Services)

We are seeking an experienced sales/business development professional to join Guidepoint Tokyo as a Senior Sales Manager. The incumbent will develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and build relationships with prospective clients in Asia.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Fluent in Japanese (Native or business level)
• Business level fluency in written and verbal English
• At least 8 years of sales/business development experience in financial services or similar sectors
• Ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial mindset, and an unwavering desire to succeed
