Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is hiring Assistant Guides for their school at Magnificent Mile in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves supporting a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children (ages 3-6) in a Montessori environment, fostering independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning. The ideal candidate will observe children, prepare a beautiful environment, provide lessons, and build connections with each child.
