Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is hiring enthusiastic and adaptable Assistant Guides (Teachers) to support a mixed-age class of Infants, Toddler, and Preschool children in a Montessori environment. The role focuses on fostering independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning through individualized lessons, observation, and creation of a nurturing and stimulating environment. Guides will provide personalized support and create a collaborative community of learning.
Requirements
- Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a school setting
- Observation skills and ability to understand children’s needs
