Job Description
Guidepost Montessori School is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to support a mixed-age classroom. The role involves preparing the environment for independence and providing individualized support to children, fostering their development through various activities and educational materials. The school emphasizes a child-centered approach and a nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Obtained or willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for 3-6
- Experience working with children ages 3-6 in a group setting
- Familiarity with child-led philosophies such as Reggio Emilia or Montessori
- 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development credits
- Bachelor’s Degree (ECE or Child Development)
