Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking flexible Substitute Teachers to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required, and training will be provided. The role offers a chance to join a community of dedicated educators and may lead to full-time Assistant Teacher positions. This is an on-call position, covering teaching needs when full-time instructors are unavailable.
Requirements
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid state background check
- Warm and friendly demeanor
