Job Description
Guidepost Montessori is seeking flexible substitute teachers to support their mixed-age classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required, and training will be provided. This is an on-call position to cover teacher absences, potentially leading to a full-time role. The school is committed to increasing high-fidelity, authentic Montessori programs.
Requirements
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid state background check
- Warm and friendly demeanor
