WebTPA, a GuideWell Company, is a healthcare third-party benefit administrator seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound customer calls and provide high-level service in a courteous manner.

Requirements

• 0-1 years related work experience
• Inbound call center experience in the health insurance industry
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional phone voice and etiquette
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
