Requirements
- Apply advanced Salesforce features to meet business needs
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
- Improve the efficiency of the Salesforce team through automation
- Collaborate with Business Analyst and stakeholders
- Drive solution design
- Collect changes and maintain version control repository
- Conduct weekly Salesforce Releases
- Document and maintain knowledge articles
- Investigate, prepare, and execute bulk data corrections
- Monitor and resolve escalated support events
- Stay abreast of new Salesforce Trailhead developments
- Mentor other developers
- Perform other duties as assigned
