Job Description
TalentFish is seeking a Manager, Technology (Delivery, iWin) to lead cross-functional technical teams in software product development, with 7+ years of experience in software product development and 3+ years leading delivery of API-driven software.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software product development
- 3+ years leading delivery of API-driven software and services using Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- 1+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams
- Advanced project management expertise
- Strong experience using workflow and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative Git workflows
- Ability to validate software functionality through API testing or mobile applications
