Sr. Investment Business Systems Analyst

TalentFish is seeking a Senior Investment Business Systems Analyst to join a premier client's Technology Team. The role involves leading technical work related to business systems architecture, partnering with Operations and Technology, and ensuring systems are optimally designed to meet business needs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of investment management industry experience, in-depth knowledge of third-party ABOR/IBOR applications, and strong technical communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance preferred)
• 5+ years of investment management industry experience
• In-depth knowledge of one or more third-party ABOR/IBOR applications such as SimCorp Dimension, Eagle STAR/PACE, or equivalent
• Substantial knowledge of investment industry operational and functional capabilities
• Substantial knowledge of investment industry strategies, processes, and technologies
• Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension is a plus
• Experience working in Agile methodology is a plus
• Ability to influence outcomes objectively and work cross-functionally
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Ability to envision solutions, communicate them effectively, and translate conceptual designs into tangible outputs
• Capable of communicating complex technical concepts in plain language
• Detailed familiarity with common investment practices and securities
• Proven ability to design technology solutions to solve business problems
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology specifications and design systems to meet those needs
