Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our Dubai operations for a next-generation recruitment platform serving businesses across the GCC and Asia.
Requirements
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce recruitment solutions
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Understand client hiring needs and clearly explain service offerings
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets
- Build strong relationships with potential customers across the GCC region
