Job Description
The RS Avionics Electrical Tech Lead is responsible for planning and coordinating electrical/avionics activities, supervising electrical technicians, and ensuring compliance with Site Inspection Procedures Manual, Site Operating Procedures and FARs. The role requires a strong knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and technical manuals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years experience on large/mid-size aircraft
- 8 years experience in aircraft avionics/electrical career field
- FAA A&P license or ability to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days
- FCC license or NCATT certification preferred
