Job Description
The RS Structural Mechanic IV in GAC Appleton is responsible for performing structural assembly operations using required tools and prints, specs, and operational requirements to complete work assignments and ensure conformance to specifications. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 6 years of related structural assembly experience, and proficiency in using complex schematics, engineering drawings, and technical instructions. The role also involves mentoring, training, and assisting other team members, maintaining logs and records, and adhering to safety regulations.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Skilled in close tolerance work and knowledge of special tools and equipment
