Job Description
Emplify Health by Gundersen in La Crosse, WI is seeking a MD/DO to join our Preadmissions team. The physician will evaluate and optimize patients prior to hospital admission or surgical procedures, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Completed an accredited graduate medical training program
- Board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated
- License to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
