Technical Business Analyst (USA - Remote)

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging deep business acumen and technical expertise to design, implement, and support business processes and associated systems.

Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses to align business needs with system capabilities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process flow diagrams, data models, and use cases.
• Partner with developers and stakeholders to design scalable business solutions.
• Design detailed and thorough test plans for large initiatives.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, coordinate to execute system testing, and validate the results.
• Support quality assurance efforts to ensure alignment with business requirements.
