Gushwork is looking for a Founding Product Marketing Manager to build a category around AI-powered inbound growth for small and medium businesses. The successful candidate will own the story, positioning, and go-to-market motion for new products and launches, and will be responsible for launch strategy, sales and funnel enablement, market insight and research, and more.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / tech
- Proven ability to turn ‘what it does’ into ‘why it matters’ in messaging
- Experience with analytics, A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization
- Deep understanding of SaaS buying cycles
- Strong curiosity, data-driven mindset, and ability to work in ambiguity
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills; storytelling chops
- Creative taste — you can sense when copy or design ‘clicks’
- Strong cross-functional influence and collaboration skills
