E-Mail Marketing Manager

Gusti Leder GmbH invites applications for an Email Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in full-time (40h) in Rostock. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the email marketing strategy and ensuring relevant, personalized content and data-driven optimization for more sales, customer loyalty and a strong brand.

Requirements

• well-developed Klaviyo knowledge: Flows, campaigns, segments, templates, and deliverability
• more than three years of experience in email marketing, ideally in e-commerce
• fundamental knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, and content strategy
• analytical understanding and high numeracy
• structured, independent, and responsible working style
• very good knowledge of German and English in writing and reading
• experience in developing campaigns with a tangible impact (budget and sales)
