Job Description
Gusto is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to drive financial planning, operations, and strategic decision-making within a Forbes Cloud 100 company. This role involves leading a small team, improving capital allocation, and leveraging financial planning tools to drive company-wide growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance & Strategy or Financial Operations within tech, fintech, and/or banking
- Technical skills: Excel, Pigment
- Familiarity with HR Management and data visualization tools (Workday, Tableau, Redash)
- Experience using SQL
- Strong time management and analytical skills
