Job Description
This position seeks a passionate and organized individual for a Dispatcher/Merchant role in forwarding and logistics. Responsibilities include preparing, allocating, and monitoring shipping orders, processing complaints, supporting drivers, and coordinating orders and storage locations within the ERP system. The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training with experience in dispatch/logistics, be customer-oriented, and proficient in IT systems.
