Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse-Acute Care Oncology-Per Diem position provides high-quality nursing care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse, ensuring adherence to nursing standards of care. The role involves patient observation, data collection, plan of care implementation, and documentation. Emphasis on teamwork, clinical skills, and continuous learning is required.
Requirements
- LPN license in the state of Practice
- Completion of IV therapy curriculum (PA code section 21.203)
- CPR certification
- Successful completion of LPN IV Therapy Education Program (PA)
- Understanding of standard nursing and relevant clinical practice
- Commitment to lifelong learning
