Job Description
The Pharmacy Intern position requires a candidate with at least 2 years of General Education and an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy degree. The intern will perform pharmacy functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, including order processing, clinical evaluations, and drug distribution, with a focus on demonstrating knowledge of patient status and compliance with regulations. The role involves both therapeutic and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed at least 2 years of General Education Requirements
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy
- Current NY State Pharmacy Intern License in good standing
- Experience in institutional pharmacy preferred
- Competency in order processing
