Job Description
The Physical Therapist will deliver high-quality, safe home physical therapy in accordance with federal, state, professional and agency standards. They will work independently and with a team, ensuring positive patient outcomes and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is part-time, with reimbursement based on contracted rate.
Requirements
- Graduate of recognized school of physical therapy with a Bachelor’s of Science
- Current licensure in the state of primary practice
- Experience working with an adult and geriatric population is preferred
- Independent judgement and excellent planning and problem-solving skills
