Job Description
Guthrie Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care in the acute care unit. This 25-bed acute/subacute care unit focuses on a multidisciplinary approach to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care. The role involves accountability for patient care, collaboration with virtual nurses, and adherence to Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Practice
- BSN preferred
- BLS certification
- ACLS (unit dependent)
- At least one year of experience OR one year of experience transitioning from the NLRN Residency Program
- Bachelor's degree in nursing between individuals and facilities
- Able to obtain a Bachelor's degree from Nursing school (interim)
