Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an acute care setting. This role involves delivering coordinated, safe, compassionate, and evidence-based quality care, ensuring adherence to Nurse Practice Act and ANA guidelines. The RN will work with individuals and families to promote their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and to optimize patient outcomes. The position is a full-time position with variable schedule shifts.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the State of Practice
- BSN preferred
- BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification (unit dependent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience OR prior NALR/NOC certification
- Ability to maintain BLS certification
- Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
