Job Description
We're seeking a Field Assistant to support marine research in Tenerife, Spain. The role involves assisting with project work, managing groups, and interacting with local partners. The successful candidate will have a passion for sustainable development and marine conservation, as well as experience managing groups and holding a valid EU passport or work permit.
Requirements
- Passion for sustainable development & marine conservation
- People-centric mindset - comfortable with being 'on' 24/7
- Experience managing and overseeing groups/participants/students
- EU Passport or valid work permit
- Previous GVI experience (advantageous)
- Understanding of local culture (advantageous)
- Emergency First Response certified/trained (advantageous)
