Sales Specialist - Remote

We're looking for a seasoned sales specialist to connect individuals with purpose-driven travel, volunteering, and professional development experiences. You'll engage with high-intent leads, guide them through life-changing decisions, and play a direct role in expanding Second Nature's global impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding targets
• A natural hunter – motivated, persistent, and energised by closing deals
• Skilled communicator across phone, email, and live chat - able to connect quickly and persuasively
• Organised, proactive, and driven by measurable results
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and digital tools
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Passionate about purpose-driven work and eager to contribute to something bigger than yourself

Benefits

• Base salary: R25 000 per month (depending on experience)
• Commission: On-target earnings between R20 000 – R40 000 (uncapped potential)
