System Administrator – Site Owner

Aculocity is seeking a System and Network Administrator to serve as the site owner for GVW Group infrastructure in Cape Town, South Africa. The role provides hands-on operational support for TRIZ Engineering, Aculocity South Africa, and broader GVW Group systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of hands-on experience in system and network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based environments.
• Working knowledge of LAN and WAN networking, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and operational best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and operate independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA are preferred
