Job Description
Responsible for planning production based on sales demands, factory capacity, human resources, and availability of parts. Manages departments such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Administration/Human Resources, optimizing production systems to ensure efficiency, operational stability, and delivery of results.
Requirements
- Professional with a degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Administration
- Extensive experience in Production Planning and Control, especially in the automotive industry
- Expertise in S&OP, Part-to-Part/CKD, SAP (PP&MM), MES, production and inventory management, with expertise in Lean Manufacturing
- Advanced English (reading, spoken, and written)
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and other Power tools (Power Query, Power Automate)
