We're looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team in Bridgwater, supporting our NHS Supply Chain contract.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum)
- Strong experience in managing high-volume ER cases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with Trade Unions
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNT)
- A flexible, organised, and customer-focused approach
