Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Director, Workforce Optimization to lead the enterprise strategy, governance, and performance of GXO's contingent labor program. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or broader supply chain, and will be able to drive analytics and executive reporting to improve fill rates, talent quality, cost, and cycle times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; or equivalent work/military experience.
- 7 years leading contingent workforce/workforce management programs across multi-site operations.
- Direct experience with MSP/VMS ecosystems, vendor management, and contract/SLA oversight.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
