Requirements
- Proven experience managing or supervising teams in transport and/or warehouse operations
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Good understanding of compliance, H&S and O-Licence requirements
- Experience using WMS or transport systems (e.g., Microlise, Tachomaster, Red Prairie/JDA)
- Confident using Microsoft Office
