Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead an important part of our operation, overseeing daily performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring that processes are safe, efficient, and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Plan and organize the weekly workload, set clear priorities, and ensure a smooth operational execution in line with KPIs and agreed performance standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Supervisors to build high-performing and engaged teams.
• Follow up on performance, analyze deviations, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Stimulate process standardization and continuous improvement using LEAN principles and GXO Warehousing System methods.
• Coordinate work planning, personnel deployment, and shift support to ensure a reliable and efficient operational flow.
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, legal requirements, and GXO policy, and promote a strong safety culture.
• Keep accurate reports and documentation of operational processes.
• Work together with internal stakeholders and maintain daily contact with the customer on operational matters, contributing to sustainability and efficiency initiatives.
