Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager or Email Marketer in iGaming
- Hands-on experience with Smartico
- Understanding of key retention metrics and analytical skills
- Knowledge of personalized communication structures
- Experience building automated campaign flows
- Comfort using Customer.io, Braze, Smartico, or similar platforms
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Data analysis and reporting experience
