This People Operations Manager role is responsible for maintaining and developing core HR operational processes, including HRIS, ATS, policies, documentation, and workflows. The key goal is to organize and maintain HR data as a single source of truth, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across teams and systems. They will also create, document, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration
- Practical experience working with HRIS and ATS systems
- Familiarity with EoR platforms like Deel, Remote, or Oyster
- Prior experience in writing or co-authoring HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Clear understanding of the concept of HR data as a ‘single source of truth’ and ability to maintain structured, clean data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean documentation and data integrity
- English — B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
- Confident using tools for workflow visualization
