Job Description
The H.B. Fuller Europe HR Director will play a vital role in enabling growth and a culture of high performance within and across the Global Business Units and functions in the Europe region. This dynamic role involves broad responsibilities, including leading and executing the human resources strategy across 20+ European countries, ensuring positive employee relations, alignment with global HR policies, and driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years of proven HR leadership roles in diverse, global environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead effectively in a matrix organization
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to incorporate other technologies including AI
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate employees to balance staffing strength and develop future leaders
- Deep understanding of the technical and functional components of human resources
- Experience in lean and continuous improvement practices
- Fluent in written and spoken English
