Production Operator

Join H.B. Fuller as a Production Operator I. This role involves preparing raw materials and packaging, operating processing equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma/GED, familiarity with common software programs, and experience in an industrial environment.

Requirements

• Prepare raw materials and packaging by identifying and transporting the correct quantities to the production area, reporting any deviations, and documenting processes.
• Operate processing equipment following detailed instructions and procedures.
• Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operations and maintain desired production rates.
• Perform initial product testing to ensure specifications are met.
• Check labels and packaging materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Package final products in line with H.B. Fuller’s high-quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Complete additional duties as requested by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
