Requirements
- Technical degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of production planning and resource optimization
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico
