Requirements
- Prepare Invoice Submissions for government and private clients.
- Maintain project folder accuracy with supporting documentation.
- Enter budget changes and variance adjustments.
- Coordinate billing procedures with various office branches.
- Analyze unbilled costs and unpaid invoices.
- Review invoice submissions from sub-consultants.
- Maintain company reporting system.
