Job Description
H&H Construction Services is seeking talented Resident Engineers with a Professional Engineer License to supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications. They offer a professional work environment and competitive benefits, with projects spanning across New York City and nationwide. Requirements
- Supervise on-site activities of the project
- Ensure compliance with specifications and construction schedule
- Prepare progress reports
- Review contractor invoices
- Maintain project documents
- Ensure contractor compliance with health and safety policies
- Review monthly contractor invoices
- Organize and maintain shop drawings
- Ensure contractor compliance with health and safety policies
- 10-hour OSHA safety training certification
- NACE and/or SSPC Certification Required for Bridge Painting projects
- MTA experience (TBTA, NYCDOT, NJDOT, NJTA) required
