Occupational Therapist

H2 Health Prime Living seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents in luxury Senior Living communities in Palm Coast. The therapist will evaluate and treat a geriatric caseload with a mix of conditions.

Requirements

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience: Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
• Qualifications: An active or eligible state license to practice.
