Job Description
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 care in senior living communities. The role involves evaluating and treating patients with various needs related to orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurological movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be independent and collaborative.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active or eligible state license to practice
- Experience with geriatric cases (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Make appropriate decisions based on functional needs
