The role is focused on providing quality, individualized care, collaboration with home health partners, and promoting patient independence and confidence. This is a full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• An active or eligible state license to practice.
