Physical Therapist

H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 care in senior living communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and have a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
