H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 care in a luxury Senior Living community in Lehigh Valley, PA. The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, an active or eligible state license, and experience in outpatient settings. • Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care
