Job Description
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 care to residents in a luxury Senior Living community in Williamsport, PA. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively in a supportive environment to create personalized treatment plans and provide compassionate care.
Requirements
- Education: Must have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Experience: New graduates are welcome! Outpatient experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care.
