Speech Language Pathologist

H2 Health is seeking a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat geriatric patients 1:1. This role involves assessing and treating a diverse caseload of patients with dysphagia, cognitive impairment, neurological disorders, and problem-solving programs. The therapist will work independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

• A graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Active CCC-SLP state license.
• Prior experience in outpatient therapy is a plus.
• Experience with dysphagia is required.
