Clinical Services Manager (RN)

Habitat Health is looking for a Clinical Services Manager (RN) to lead the management of the Habitat Health clinic, rehabilitation services, social work, and behavioral health services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, supervisory experience, and a passion for creating a team that cares and creates joy.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field including nursing, social work, psychology, therapy (occupational, physical, speech, recreational), dietetics, gerontology
• Three (3) years supervisory experience with demonstrated aptitude to mentor and develop team members
• A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly
• Proof of medical clearance for communicable diseases, including a TB test
• Proof that all immunizations are up to date
• Proof of current CPR/BLS certification required or requirement to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Proof of valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by State law
