Requirements
- 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end
- Ability to interpret People data and translate it into actionable guidance
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where processes are still taking shape
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, create structure where needed, and move work forward without relying on rigid procedures
- Clear communication and sound judgment under pressure
